Best Item for Crafting

I don't think EA would be silly enough to rerelease these items in future with a multiplier, so in that sense, I don't know what would be worth crafting if you're hoping there will be a multiplier. But probably most likely is the billboards.

As for the buildings, if you're looking for a cash/XP farm then it depends how often you tap. You could go for the 2 hour retro-style townhouses that earn $60 but you'd have to tap it 5 times a day for it to be better than buying the $300 24 hour Global Housing building, so whatever suits your play style :)
  • After this event you'd either be waiting a very long time for EA to rerelease and have forgotten if they're premium or theh won't be.
And if something is premium it'll be something completely unremarkable , so people only have 2 or 3 in inventory

  • Considering that storing items takes up zero space,
why not craft as much as you can of everything?
  • ^this.
I crafted what I liked first ( cars and tulips and retro house) then any building that generated cash ( cause they will always generate cash) and then just multiples of other stuff and stored all of them away.
  • Sorry just realized you kind of asked a different question.
I've been tapping since 2012 and stuff does come back as premium even though initially released free( or cash purchasable). In my humble opinion...maybe cars, billboards and the retro house ( mainly because they could be used in other areas of the town without looking event specific)
    Just my 2 cents.
  • As a topical example, the Human Test Subject was a craftable object back during the Alien Halloween event, that has been re-released during this event as a premium item with an added xp-multiplier, whereas it had none prior.
Hard to guess which one of the current batch could get that treatment, none of them look quite re-usable for future events unless if they have other scifi or space events. Possible the Hover Car or the Billboard? But probably none.

I remember during the first superheroes I decided to craft a ton of those phone booth because they looked unique enough to get upgraded to premium in the future but instead they were reintroduced as a common item.

Personally I find the retro Townhouses to be the highlight of the crafting process, they look great in urban settings if you want to design your SF, otherwise they can contribute to a housefarm.
  • I wasn't too keen on those blue Holo-Flowers but they might look better in the snow? Unless they put covers on them.
  • TBH craft what you want.. what seems to fit your town. I got a LOT of the beach towel and umbrella's back in the day and have never regretted it as WE GOT MORE BEACH!

You never know what will (or will not) be useful.. As JimJ would say "Follow your heart fellow tapper!"
