Best items to get from Yearbook?
So what's the best items to get from the Yearbook? Just item or building recommendations primarily please. I plan to get most of the characters outta the Yearbook sooner or later. I need good...

Let me share a bit around my Yearbook priority.
First I want to unlock Springfield Heights easier, so I immediately seeking to aim characters that helped it: Otto, Bumblebee Man, Disco Stu, etc.
Second I want to build Monorail faster, so I reach for Uriel and Jesse, ignoring the rest. and oh! Having to collect the stations are also cool! ;)
I haven't had any plan for the third priority yet, I still haven't unlocked everything from the first priority. Maybe just decor items and characters that I think would really look fun to have.
