Best items to increase VANITY

I just have a bunch of fences a d garbage cans. There little spaces between my houses that I put random things in.

Just to clarify trying to find the items that have the greatest effect on Vanity and take up the least space. After some testing, I find the Marge and Lisa snowmen, the broken dryer, and the gazebo all have larger effects than other similar sized items. But its really hard to measure. Was hoping someone had done some extensive testing.
