Best way to improve Consumerism and Gluttony?

I could be wrong, and I'm sure someone will correct me if that's the case, but a cart with the umbrella (I always forget the name), Krusty Burger or a 5000 donut premium restaurant are EQUAL in points, as if they were the same.
