Bing Rewards->Tango Card->iTunes Card->Free TSTO Donuts
Bing must be pretty desperate for users. I'd hope that Google would counter with something similar for Play rewards or something, but they probably won't need to.

It took me about a month. Bing has a bunch of clickable links on their homepage which count as searches. Click on all of those and do a couple more searches for a max of between 15-18 a day. Takes a few minutes, do it at work or when I wake up in the morning.
