They're just NPC.

Brandine's offspring generate cash every now and then so they are not "just" npc's.

They generate $100 every 4 hours, not 100% sure about the time.

She had #1 in my town a few weeks ago, followed by #2 and #3 later in the day. I couldn't wait fir the second two, Im amazed I made it 90 days the first time!

Leprechaun does too. Dunno, still think of them as NPC.
