If I purchase all the items listed that are missing in my Springfield (Rebated), including the new additional ones, it would cost just over 800 donuts, wow. And that's before Christmas in Springfields starts.

I think I've narrowed down the possible purchases list to:

Lotto 'N' Liquor w/Dewey Largo
Springfield Animal Shelter
Springfield Gorge w/Daredevil Bart
Rancho Relaxo w/Don Vittorio
Yard Work Simulator w/C.H.U.M.

I currently only have a little over 200 donuts. Maybe I'll get Dewey and the Gorge. And then a few days later give in and buy donuts to get C.H.U.M.

Little confused, the times: like, 3am/3pm- things are on sale for 1 hr. Does that mean they will be on sale 3am and again at 3pm (GMT) for 1 hr each time??

Thinking about getting Gino or Springfield Gorge too, but I dunno what their task lists are and if they give out a premium payout.
