Apparently you need to spend $10 on the Ray Gun to zap it away. The upside is, you unlock Krang. The downside is, EA's making you pay $10.

- Really? The ray gun is still locked. I can't even buy it.
- You need to have one of the kids complete the trick or treating, this will unlock both the Devil Flanders and the ability to buy the ray gun
- You don't have to buy the ray gun if you don't want to. The tasks still continue even if you don't buy the ray gun. I didn't and I unlocked Devil Flanders. The game still continues for me.
