Word of mouth.
In one day their rating in the App Store has dropped from 4 stars to 3.
However, they've got their monkeys trying to fix that. Seriously, nothing but glowing reviews and 5 star ratings. One right after the other, even some taking to task (crudely) those who dared to make negative comments about the game. Reeks of insiders to me because who is going to write glowing reviews when the majority of the players couldn't access the game?
You guys should go read the comments, very entertaining.
I will gladly change my 2-star review and give them a better review if they can have more days like today. Yes, there was an outage but it lasted about 30 minutes and it's been smooth sailing since. I can overlook/forgive a hiccup like that. It happens but anything longer? No so understanding.
