I nuked about a month ago. I am at level 939 with all of the land. I have been playing since May 2013. I am not close to being done rebuilding. I still have over 70 characters in storage because I haven't designed where I am going to put their buildings. I don't regret doing it but it will probably take me a few more months to finish designing.
