No it isn't. It is a BRITISH tradition.
A lot of games have * Patrick's day stuff and that's an Irish tradition so why not British traditions? If these games are sold internationally then they should celebrate traditions from lots of countries. They should have had something for Dilawi (if that is how you spell it) too.
