Bonus Donuts sale
If you look in the store with item broken into categories there is a section that sales items with donuts back. Snowball Snowcat is 2% for 19 donuts.

What do you mean not the most efficient % for donuts? Is there anything with a better ratio than that? Mystery boxes will do a little better than that maybe, but I don't know of anything even on sale that beats 2% for 19...
