2000xp * 0.05% = 1 XP, so there is no rounding here.

I haven't checked your math or numbers, going based on what happens in my game. For me it rounds up to the nearest full percent.

I could not get the exact figures too. I am suspecting that the exotic islands of SH has some weird percentages.
