Bows, nice bows and naughty neighbours

You cant rely on the list ya know..

People who have feeder towns (such as me) often use those feeder towns to be naughty to and get more bows that way :D

I think it's any player's prerogative to handle naughty neighbors how they so choose.

I look at it as it's one more bow than I had before and I'll take it, but I do make returning presents a priority for the nice ones first, then if any left over I will gift a naughty neighbor.

My problem is I have a few neighbors who will give me two nice ones and a naughty so I had to rework my plan after that. lol

I've had a few who were consistently naughty. These are the ones I deleted. Already replaced most from the pm's I received.

Only those who are consistently nice get my presents now. I do agree that EA designed this badly. 5 per day is simply way too few.

I personally don't care either way. I don't need bows I need baubles. I've been slowly making my way through my neighbor list and I don't check if they are naughty or nice. So far I've only gotten about 12 naughty so it's not really that bad.

I dont need the bows either. Its the baubles that are the hard part :D
While its no fun being nice all the time, its no fun having to hunt through your town for presents either.
Theres a difference between purposely hiding them and accidentally hiding them.

I wont drop a neighbor for being naughty - im naughty to my feeder towns all the time..but start hiding them and you might as well be dropped to make room for forum regulars :D

I've been gifting nice, but today totally got naughty neighbors.
I do need the bows.

I drop presents according to the alphabetical list so it's easy to remember who I last gave gifts to. Once I get a notification of who has opened a present I check to see who it was. The naughty ones simply do not get another drop.

The naughty ones tend to be the ones who are also naughty on their drops but as I have no way of knowing who they are prior to opening the gifts I just select nice.

It is their prerogative to be naughty or nice but I have noticed that they are at the lower end of the leader board so it is clear which strategy pays off better in the long run.

I am comfortably at the top of my leader board so people can see I do not need the extra parcels but people seem to drop them anyway probably knowing that they will get a good return.

Please feel free to send me an add request. My only rules for inclusion are.

1 You play often enough that you have something to tap if I visit your town (which I do almost daily.) My pet peeve is people who tap on my town and have never seem to have anything to tap on if I visit theirs. These are instantly deleted when discovered.

2. You are not planning on finishing any time soon.

At first I didn't think I would care which gift I got because one bow is better then none but now I realize I one particular neighbor who always leaves me naughty. I have to admit I'm now annoyed by it. Their racking up bows to my one. I simply don't gift them but still it is what it is. I considered deleted them but haven't. Not yet anyway

I'm not deleting naughty neighbors, I'm just not dropping them any gifts! :mrgreen:

I've got several really nice neighbors who've been dropping multiple gifts so I try to hit them back if I'm not getting the message "cannot accept anymore".

I'm not top of my leader board.

Many of my strangers are naughty to me.

I havent deleted any from the list.

I really must be doing it wron again, *sigh* story of my life.
