Brown house, black hole

This may not be very helpful, but it sounds exactly like what happened to me. I tapped on the rubble as if there was a check mark and the house rebuilt and all my people were freed. Did you try this? If so, sorry I couldn't be more helpful.

    If tapping it anyway doesn't work, try going to Krustyland and coming back. That often resets shields/destroyed buildings.

    it happened to me

    you have to tap waaay to the right of the brown house...its like the long line of thumbs pushed it to the right somewhere

    Had this happen yesterday and tried the cheater dice to clear all shields and destroyed houses.

    Worked like a charm.
