I just modified one of my old parks but yeah I think it works pretty good.

I want it to have a different 'theme' of sorts from the rest of my springfield. Since it's supposed to be 'cool' :roll: OR I might just F it and just let it blend in. :D

I've seen both of these options in my neighbors towns, good ones of both. It depends on how you interpret the house, I thought it to look particularly fancy, so it got expensive decorations and placed near the richer neighborhood with the library and school.

When mine was built I began to smarten it up immediately
but I will look to see how it can be improved later.

I definitely wish I had fruit trees and a butterfly tent for this house, it goes perfectly.

Actually, I think Flanders simply flew into a jealous rage to see that Homer gets his own brown 70s cabin, heathen (Homer) that he is and all!

I'm too lazy to go all out and make a whole redesign, so I just put it on the other side of my Simpsons House, like the Brown House.
