Buildings auto clearing? turn on your X-MAS lights to let your neighbors know...

This exact description is happening to me too. I'm on iOS 8.1.4. Auto-clearing when syncing. Many of my neighboreeno's towns are wastelands with nothing to tap. Pretty rough going, especially with the new FP prizes. Sorry, neighboreeno's!

I can log in with dollar signs floating over buildings. I visit Krustyville or neighbors and those have all been cleared with maybe some new ones showing collectible status. This has been happening since the end of the monorail event on both IOS 8.4 and 9. I tried the live chat but after the welcome to it I got no further response. It's impossible to collect if you're hoping to leave something for neighbors. It seems to happen to every building I have.

Also, on topic, this is now happening in my wife's town.

Even after the Level 58 Update I received this past night, September 17, 2015, my town still had this problem of the building auto-clearing. I decided to do, I think, my fourth uninstall/reinstall in the past 36 hours. My town does seem to be back to normal now!! I've switched back and forth between the friend screen and my town multiple times, same with Krustyland, and buildings are not auto-clearing. Fingers crossed it's not a fluke! :lol: Hope eveyone else gets things figured out soon, too! :thumbup:

Logging in just now to find handshakes, then went to krustyland to click on the people and sideshow you.
Once I returned to Springfield, the property's ready to collect were still ready to collect.

Ugh! Its happening to my town too!
Also Channel 6 KBBL and drive-in theatre hour taps have been cleared also

This happened to me this morning. I start playing on my ipad to set up some recycling stuff and so on. I played on my ipad again about 5 minutes or so later and all the buildings were still tapable (I left them tapable for neighbors to get FP)

When I switched over to my iphone so I can tap at work, all the buildings rent and payments were gone and all buildings timers reset. Boooooooo!

EA's aware of the problem and are currently working on a way to fix it. Until they fix it, just make sure you collect everything before you leave your game or go to Krusty Land or your friends page.

Just started happening to my game today. A real pain as I spent out buying the car and need to replenish my cash again.

:roll: I am laughing right now - they "are aware" of many problems but not sure how many are actually getting resolved. I have one that has been outstanding for over a month. Just going with it atm.
