Bunnies not spawning

Yeah, this is what's happening to me. Only not just with the gate.

Before I started the quest that takes away the s'mores, I had everyone spawning bunnies. When I cleared them, Zombies showed up instead (and nowhere near as many as there should have been). Then I tapped my Pet Cemetery, and Zombies spawned instead (!). The Gate spawned bunnies but they disappeared immediately.

Fortunately, the challenges last until the reset, so I was eventually able to get them from the Hunt Nightmares task - and even those didn't spawn immediately when I cleared it. They were the last to appear. It worked out, but the glitch scared me, especially since there was no reason to believe the Hunt Nightmares would give me bunnies either if other bunny-spawning things didn't work.

I'm so glad I managed to tap enough neighbour bunnies yesterday to complete the shopkeeper's challenge task.

No bunnies (or skeletons) being spawned in my town at all - everything is snakes or zombies, including kids tasks in brown houses that are meant to pay out bunnies/skeletons. Pet Cemetery, Gate and everything else all output snakes. The Zombie car spawns zombies but they disappear almost immediately, never to return.

After 8 hours I get only zombies and snakes. This will make next week's Shopkeeper's Challenges impossible too. Great job.

I'm having the same issue. I don't now what number of the quest I'm on but I've already defeated Mnsther at the campfire and tower and had the star spawn and I can now send kids to hunt nightmares at the brown house.

I just did a test and it is definitely glitching. I only sent the kids who are supposed to spawn bunnies and then I rushed Milhouse's task and when he was done he spawned zombies instead of bunnies.

Please fix this asap EA!!

Having lots of trouble with this event - argh!

For me, I've sort of resolved the bunnies issue by only having my bunny generating characters doing jobs at the brown house.

I don't know if it's giving me the right amount, but it is at least giving me some. I "think" they are counting as I'm up to 18/30 now but next time I collect I'll check more carefully.

From the above persons post though, looked like they tried it too and it didn't work. But worth a try!

Can't defeat the monster & can't visit more than one friend at a time without crashing - but maybe some hope with bunnies. Grrrr.

Just wanted to register my frustration too. I figured out that the kids need to go to the brown house and have already defeated Munthsterr once so done with the questline.

Problem is, I've done brown house tasks three times now.only once have I gotten all four types of nightmares. The other two times everything but bunnies spawns. EA NEEDS TO FIX IT! !!

Apparently that's because there is no bank for nightmares spawned on screen. The thread "Strategy for hunting nightmares" describes a trick, which is basically to send kids to four different brown houses (1 for each) and place them far enough apart so they don't collect at once. Then you collect from each brown house after squishing all the nightmares from the previous one.
