I feel that this has been discussed before. Only reason to go past 15 is to continue to use your toons to earn event currency by being tasked there.

Nope, none whatsoever. Unless of course you just like to be able to see that you've upgraded to some arbitrarily high level. I suppose the jobs do produce a small amount of event currency as well, so there is that...
