Question

I think levels are infinite.After unlocking both wings at level 15 you get a popup message saying you can keep upgrading for a bigger tap radius.There are no other wings or building pieces to unlock for you.

litterally the max level is 10.000 not kidding. but no you get nothing for finishing at max level (it would be impossible anyway)

You still earn event currency by sending them, so you might as well. I'm almost to level 15 and will continue to send them.

it's a little misleading because the wings are different and the finished mansion is not symmetrical ..... surprised me.
