I think so. I haven't tried yet, but I don't get the "sorry hoarder" message when I click the sell button.
It says "Gina Vendetti will be sold if you sell Prison Bus. Are you sure?"
I want to be sure I will be able to buy her again if I do sell it. It would be a HUGE time saver when going for Bonus XP Donuts.
