yeah, I haven't been able to play in at least 24hrs. the problem is my account it seems, I was able to log out and it loads up the anon game no problem. when I do log in, I can see my friend list through the origin control panel, and sometimes I'll even get "tap to continue", but every time it fails to connect. both in wifi and 3G, after a reinstall.
this is my problem with always online gaming: once the connection * the bed, you're screwed. this game could easily work just fine saving progress locally and you'd only have to connect to get new content and buy/spend donuts, but no, they want to run your life 100% of the time. until they can't, or won't, and then you're out of luck.
