Can't Craft Rigelian Hut

- You need kang free so he can start it off
That's how I got to build the hut - Ouch. Kang is in the middle of three 24 hour tasks as part of the main halloween story line. Guess I need to wait a few days.
- Once kang is free you should see him have a bubble so he can start the dialogue to build the hut
