Ok....for the second or third time....losing track....I have been "logged out" wtf EA! Stop logging me out!!!! I forget how I resolved it the last one or two times.....I'm thinking I just waited and what I mean is, I just tried logging in every 5 minutes for a day until it worked!!!!What should I do?Topic number 2 in this "game discussion" section has a link to reset password. Anyone use it? Does it work? Lol

I can't even load the login page. I tap the app icon and see the donut spinning. Then it freezes and crashes right out. Is this happening to anyone else? Just don't want to delete and reinstall if I don't have to. It takes too darn long!!

I just got hit with the same thing, followed the link to reset my password - successfully. Now when I try and log in it prompts with an unsuccessful attempt, could the servers be down?

I've been experiencing the same problem. I think this is different than the password reset problem. I had Googled some of the sites that check problems with EA servers & they were reporting issues starting about 75-90 minutes ago. Mine seems to have come back for now.

I just logged in now. I could not log in before. Did a password reset, still could not log in, so I uninstalled Tapped out, turned off device, turned on device, reinstalled Tapped out, and then it accepted my password. I don't know if reinstalling fixed it or if it is just sometimes working and sometimes not working?

I'm going to try fully closing app. I don't want to reset my password if it probably won't even work.

Occasionally this happens. And then it just seems to work itself out

In this case I'd recommend to keep trying instead of resetting your password. Because resetting the password might not be necessary. (Usually I wait about 5 or 10 minutes and keep trying until I can get into the game - usually takes a few times until it works)

If the problem persists for a longer period of time, though, then a password reset might be needed.

Me too. I tried the password reset thing and it got me back into the forums (great!) but not the game :(.

I get "An error occurred processing the login. Please retry." every time I try to log in.

iOS 10 on iPad if that makes a difference.
