I had that message a bit ago, but force quit the app and was able to log in when I restarted it.

- Looks to be back up now.
- It happened to me after an ingame update (did anyone else get it?), I tried accessing again and the lvl1 intro vido started playing. Since I'm lvl41 I force closed the app before it could overwrite my town. I'l do some more experiments and retry.
Edit: nevermind, I'm locked out as usual. - same issue here. :(

- Had the same thing for a while, but finally able to get back on.
- Im having the same issue. The log in screen pops up like I was logged out but after I enter my email and password I get the log in error. Hope its fixed soon! Glad to hear it wasn't just me

- it was like this during whacking day. I remember only being able to play in the morning and mid afternoon through to evening then. I'm in the UK and I put it down to the US waking up and tapping away before work. Weekends were a nightmare.
