Can't store Zoo Visitors?

I searched this topic, couldn't find anything.
I was trying to figure out why I am unable to store Zoo Visitors, specifically the guy with the camera? Anyone else have this problem? Are they not storable? This is from the purchased bundle of zoo visitors.

OK, I figured it out. For some reason, you can't store them if they aren't standing on concrete. Sorry for the post.
