There seem to be servers for different parts of the world and they don't cache according to California time but according to which section of the world they're dedicated for. Good point. From what I've seen so far, I doubt if their servers for the US all update at the same time. I've been visited now by 12 friends but have only been able to visit 1 of those 12 (out of 90 total friends). Some of those 12 are in the US and some are not. It's aggravating for me not to be able to help out my friends when they are helping me. I'll give it a few more hours then I'm contacting EA's support.
