Cecil task timing
I'm not sure what someone did to figure it out before as I wasn't around for stonecutters. But for this event it's completely random. There was some tracking done in the comments section at tstoaddict...

I know they're random, but has anyone been paying attention to see if there's a maximum time for them? I think I've only had one 6 hour task so far, but would it be possible to have FOUR 6 hour tasks in one day? Obviously at that point the max reward would be impossible to achieve, which doesn't seem fair. Can you maybe only get one 6 hour task per day? Even if you got 6, 4, 4, and 4, that would be annoying.
