As a freemium player it's definitely not a high priority for me to complete the character collections, especially when the item missing is a premium skin. Buuutt...

I was annoyed that I won Zutroy, but didn't get him due to the un-finished-task kerfuffle last Christmas, but getting Frank Grimes to finish off the 'Plant Workers' collection would've been way way in the future anyway.
I've been aiming for the 'Barflies' for the last two years, and it only has Barney hahah.
