Character Groups and associated Cecil's Tasks

Someone posted a list of 5 or 6 characters that you should always leave available so that you would have someone for any of Cecil's tasks. But I didn't really understand how valuable that was at the time I read it, and now I can't find that list again. Does anyone know what I'm talking about and can reference the correct post?
