Characters missing

Did the other two turn up eventually or did you have to store the buildings? You may have to open a ticket if he doesn't turn up. Was he on task? If he was maybe he will turn up when the task finishes. Also, try the move button and click on the buildings and decorations. Maybe he is hiding behind something. I've lost him from time to time before the update only to find him behind a building. The characters are sometimes not sticking to the roads right now.

    I had to store Moes and the treehouse to get them back. I hid everything to look for him. He was on a task but should have been done by now. Guess I'll have to put in a ticket

    That's why I sent Lisa back to work in Krustyland... at least she can earn tickets for me there, since the building storage trick won't work with her. Except of course, when she needs to do a quest for H13.

    frankly, Arnie going missing wouldn't be the worst thing for me... can't stand him. helicopter tasks? annoying... voice? unbelievably ANNOYING!!! He is absolutely the only character I would gladly go back in time and not buy. Guess I could store him, but since I did buy him, might as well make him work (24 hour tasks only so I can minimize hearing his voice... cuz I can't ever remember to mute my ipad before clicking him.)

    He annoys me too. I hate his helicopter tasks. I always put him on his 24 hr task. The only reason I want him back is because I paid for him

    Boobarella is missing in my town. She is on my character list but I cannot find her.
