If melody right then speeding up is considered a way to play the game by EA, besides i dont see speeding up can be classed as cheating, jailbreaking you phone to get round buying donuts now that cheating :P
Speeding up tasks and buildings is cheating? That's just plain silly...
Speeding up tasks and buildings can't be considered cheating. Speeding up things for donuts is designed and integrated into the game software. The developers wrote the code for it. They placed buttons on build and task window pop ups which, when tapped, take X donuts from you and speed up completion of the task or building. And, as Melody pointed out, and Neo confirms, it's even in the tutorial. But the simple fact that its specifically designed into the game means its not cheating.
