Chinese New Year
I always end up thinking this far too late but it would be So awesome if the game had a Chinese New Year event. Lots of characters and buildings and decorations and I would love that in my town!

Well they brought rabbi krustofski with the jewish temple along with blessings at the chocolate fountain o:)
Oh, don't get me wrong...I'm thrilled to have the good rabbi in my town at last...but it could have been so much more. I'm imagining this scenario for CNY: we suggest it repeatedly, it gets ignored, then, rather than make an event or even a mini-event out of it, they throw us a couple of new Asian characters, maybe a building (all for donuts), recycle some Independence Day fireworks, and that's the end of that.
