One of the V-Day tasks for decorations include most of the items on the heart limited time list.

I got it last night. Got lucky and got it in the mystery box.

As it has been already said. It's just decoration.

:) My game tells me none of my friends have updated but I was lucky to have a few lucky mystery boxes. I won the train. I have no where to put it annnnnd it matches nothing :(
I'm so happy with the update though xD
