Christmas corn; christmas spuckler

Whoops! Looks like I'll be having Christmas Eve corn. Oh well, I guess that gives my characters time to pick and husk it for Christmas dinner, though they'll have to get the crop in after dark since it comes out around 8 PM my time.

I was about to toddle off to bed last night when I remembered that I hadn't planted a crop at my farm - possibly for days. So I hopped back into the game and just said to myself, "Isn't today the day to plant Corn for Christmas anyway?"

I'm vacillating on whether to start my final Spuckler kid yet. Brandine has been tied to so many events lately that I'd hate to have her pregnant when I might need her for Halloween, Thanksgiving, or Christmas (or New Years, or Valentines, or....)

Brandine is also needed for recycling, so I don't think she will be getting pregnant anytime soon. I still have lots of tracks to churn out.

I will probably plant Christmas corn later on after the moonshine crop ripens. I always plant the 24hr moonshine to coincide with the 24hr tasks at Channel 6 and the radio station because I tend to forget all 3 of them.

Just going to plant my xmas corn.
Only in my main town though......I need the regular payouts in RTTF town.

My corn is gone.

I completely forgot I was doing the Christmas Corn thing so when I got Marge the Witch for my secondary town at Halloween I started speeding up the crop (which I was supposed to be doing for my primary town to cut some time off so it would match).

Today I went to check and see how much longer I had on my Corn in my secondary town... No corn! It shouldn't have been ready to pay out yet, and if it did I don't see any difference in my XP - my towns were almost matched up in XP. I just got 3 bonus donuts in both towns a couple of days ago, just a few hours apart.

this is my first year harvesting x-mas corn. Do we all tap it at the same time? I mean within times zones that match.

This is my 2nd year of Christmas corn, and my first year having a New Year Spuckler (my third and final one!)

I think we all just harvested separately as our individual corn crops became ready - then some people posted screenshots of their Christmas corn - some people got some really funny shots, if I'm remembering correctly.
