My theory as to why Crook and Ladder wasn't included this time around (despite the rumors) is that, from what I understand, there was a friend component to that event (event currency earned from putting out fires in friends' towns) which maybe EA couldn't figure out how to handle with some players on one mini event while others were on a different event.
Did any of the other past mini events include a similar friend component as in Crook and Ladder? I know none of the four currently active ones did.
Maybe, if they bring Crook and Ladder, we might have to commit self-arson in order to set fires to douse them.
