Closing to the first billion prize.
Is it definitely a skin and not a new building? It would be strange for EA to offer a communal prize when only part of the community is able to use it.

Well it actually looks like it is a new building in the files. I never bothered to look for some reason.brenden720448 wrote:

What if it is ever billion after the initial 5 billion?- It was just under 923,000,000 a few minutes ago. It was about 867 a couple of hours ago, so I'd say we'll hit it pretty soon.
