Combining Buildings (in order to enhance EA's original design)

My town is in disarray as I redesign right now....... Not too many things left to take pics of. I have always liked my stacking of these two: We all know clausco is the power behind santas...

The grocery and ice rink also go together well.
The hero HQ goes together with Zenith condos nicely also.
