Concrete Wall placement
when I first saw the concrete wall I thought EA was punishing us for complaining about the Easter update. Kinda makes you wish you had a pastel fence instead.

I am at a lost with these... I have two laying there doing nothing in my not nice section of the town until I can figure out what to do with them so far it is locking good!
