To put this another way your total bonus = conformity bonus + premium bonus. If your conformity bonus is 4.5 and your premium bonus is 6, your total bonus would be 10.5. Because there isn't a counter for this most players use gulp and blow to infer their total bonus but there are other ways. With a total bonus of 10.5 a gulp and blow payout would be 111 because of rounding.
