Confused by Eye for an Eye: Get Revenge
after you defend or repair a house go back to that house and there will be an option on the bottom that says revenge do that

When somebody attacks one of you castles or buildings after you defend or rebuild it, you have a button that appears at the bottom of the menu when you click on the building that was attacked. Hit revenge and go attack the person who attacked you.
