Holy crap - a forum member found a fix for the sound and EA could not ?!? I had to look through my character categories and select University Nerds, then scroll through the Town Hall to match their faces and get their 3 names : Benjamin, Doug and Gary. Stored all 3 and the sound loop stopped ! My first thought was I'm gonna keep them in storage until they get real old lol, but I took them all out of storage and there was NO sound loop :)
