So I did this twice hopeing to get bob I have his house and costume so it be nice to have him guess they can't add him so they say and since there seems to be no work around for Android phones looks like I'm stuck till level 939 I'm sure people get tired if hearing about it I just had to vent a little sorry to all

    Keep contacting support. Sooner or later you will find someone helpful who will add him to your game.

    Do you have access to an IOS device> If you do you can get him in 5 minutes
    Swipe notifications until the quest starts. Then go in and out of Other Springfield over and over but only catch Bob do not tap any buildings

    No I wish I had an iOS everybody I know has Android ea has to make it difficult
