"Corrupted save" glitch - Will this ever get fixed?

There have been 3 cases that I know about, where players have had their games fixed, rather than rolled back. However this needs to be done on a case-by-case basis, it seems that EA are not willing to do that for each player and their preferred way to ‘solve’ the issue is by a rollback.
