You only get a FP from a friend visit if they graffiti one of your buildings, not for any other actions. I am not sure about the stacking thing...

You get friend points when someone vandalized your town, you don't get any if it's a different building.
Stacking was removed after the Valentines update because EA are jerks.
The landing zone only made your neighbors 'spawn' where it is only for Christmas.
