couple of questions that are old...
You only get a FP from a friend visit if they graffiti one of your buildings, not for any other actions. I am not sure about the stacking thing...

The only way you can get FP's when your neighbors visit you is if the graffiti Moe's, Town Hall, Springfield Elementry and police station. You will only get 1FP per building or 3 if your neighbor is able to graffiti 3 buildings.
So I find it helps to group those building in your landing zone and check your town frequently to clear the graffiti.
In return of course you will want to tap/graffiti those same buildings when you visit your neighbors.
As for stacking handshakes, that no longer seems to work. :cry:
