Customer Support reply

Sometimes you have to try sending it again. This has worked for me before.

Or another thing I've done when that didn't work is to reply to the first email they sent and copy/paste any info from the follow-up email that won't let you reply. That has worked for me as well.

Thanks, yes I didn't ask for the donuts. It is EA's way of paying back a bit since I had to spend so much to get Father Sean.
