Daily actions missing from neighboring Springfields

Yea there are alot of them already but there are a number of reasons why you can send or receive
1.They haven't been able to clear them yet
2. They haven't updated so they can't clear them
3. They haven't been playing at all or given up
4. If they are lower leveled it they may have alot of friends but not enough characters
What you can do is check when they were last on and delete the ones who haven't been on in a long time
