Daily Limit on Friends' Presents?
Not sure myself. During my rounds of the neighborhoods this morning, the counter stopped after 40 presents. I continued tapping on additional presents in the remaining neighbors' towns, but the count...

This makes sense and seems consistent in what others are finding out. Thanks! And I forgot I did not go in fresh. I tapped some towns before I updated so that's where my "2 presents" were used up except I got cash. The game counted them as present actions for the day.
That stinks. The daily max is so low (150 presents) that visiting friends is barely worth it. We need 15,000 presents by Christmas Eve. Even visiting friends religiously is only going to get us 3,000 (or 20% of the way there). This may be the least friend-centric event yet.
Do we know what the Feds bonus is or what they do yet? Maybe they makes more presents although I may have heard a rumor they pay out cash but they must do something else. I wonder if they take elves away from friends aka deport them? Then you get more presents for each elf you deport? Speculation only.
