Hey casperibz86, I cannot access your SF as well. Had been able to visit previously, but not yesterday nor today (can get into your KL). It doesn't "crash" for me; the donut stops spinning and I have to give up after a few minutes and exit to the home screen. I know I have neighbors with 6500+ decos, though. It takes a little longer to get in, but usually don't have any problems.

Have you designed something complicated recently? When I was working on my prison a while back, I wanted to use 1 1/2 tall fences - it was a sweet design, but some neighbors let me know they couldn't get in, so I had to scrap the idea.

I downloaded BlueStacks as I don't have my ipad atm and I can't get onto my town either now since this update, EA are currently on live chat trying to sort the problem...

Need to wait 2 hrs for them to fix it then try to log in again super!

I got a email saying it's fixed could one of my neighbours give it a try now please!

Sorry but it's still not working (at least for me.) It sits on the screen for about minute and a half and then my game just crashes. I couldn't get in yesterday either.
Full disclosure- I am using an old samsung galaxy S2. Not sure if that matters.

I got my ipad wet last night, been avoiding trying it but it's been 24hrs and it's working phew and it loads ok on there still stays on the spinning donut page for longer than it should but it did load eventually but I downloaded BlueStacks while I was waiting and that still won't play it, ill get back on them now thanks for trying!

Linda: Ok... since the fix they did really didn't work I am going to have to escalate this to our Tier 2 guys for a resolution.
